THE PHOTOGRAPHIC DESIGNER

Ben Jones, S.F. Photog., is the founder and owner of Sonshine Studios, a "Golden Rule" studio located in Bluffton, Indiana. He opened his portrait studio in 1982 in order to offer the fine residents of our area another choice in professional photography. His desire was to offer his clients something different. After studying at the prestigious New York Institute of Photography he continued his photographic studies at the world renouned Winona International School of Professional Photography where Ben studied portraiture under some of the best portrait photographers in the world, something that to this day he continues to do.

Over the years, Ben has served on the executive board and was the president of The Fort Wayne Area Professional Photographer's Association and The Michiana Professional Photographer's Association, a Professional Photographers of America affilliate. Ben has attended hundreds of photographic seminars throughout the tri state area, and has taught numerous seminars himself. He is also the head photographic instructor at a local community college. Our indoor studio is located at 109 North Main Street in the heart of downtown Bluffton, Indiana. The outdoor studio is located at 6494 north 600 east, Ossian Indiana. This is 1/2 mile north of US 224 (at Tocsin) on Wells County road 600 east.
